The design of this stunning abode features floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that grace the bedrooms, great room, and kitchen, allowing you to bask in extraordinary vistas. Each room on the northern side of the home seamlessly opens onto the expansive lanai and inviting pool, providing an idyllic start to your day with serene ocean views and refreshing dips in the heated infinity pool.

Pohinahina Place comes equipped with top-notch amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, an upscale outdoor cooking area, and two golf carts (one six-seater and one four-seater) for your leisurely exploration of the vast resort grounds and scenic roads.

This remarkable home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four elegantly appointed suites, each featuring individual climate control, automatic shades, and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. Every bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, plus there is an additional guest bed in Bedroom 4 and a powder room conveniently situated in the hall:

• Primary bedroom: King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a private outdoor shower.
• Bedroom 2: King size bed with ensuite bathroom overlooking the garden.
• Bedroom 3: King size bed and ensuite bathroom with access to the lanai, sharing an outdoor shower with Bedroom 4.
• Bedroom 4: Bonus accommodations with 2 Full size beds and 1 Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and separate tub.
• Additional powder room in the hall.

As a valued guest at Pohinahina Place, you have the option of paying additional resort fees for comprehensive access to the fabulous Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. Enjoy a range of amenities that include exceptional dining options, a championship golf course, a rejuvenating spa, beach access, pool services, a kids club, and an ocean activity center. For those who choose to incur these resort fees, you will also benefit from concierge services to assist with reservations and recommendations during your stay. Daily resort fees are as follows:

• Infants (ages 0-4): Free
• Children (ages 5-13): $32.50-$100
• Adults (Ages 14+): $65-$200

All residential rental guests must collectively decide whether to opt-in or out of the resort services, with a minimum consecutive stay of two days required for opting in. Please note that resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change, so it’s advisable to inquire directly with the resort for the most accurate information during your travel dates.

*A damage deposit of $5,000 will be held on the credit card used for booking, starting two days before checkout and lasting for 7 days post-checkout. This amount will be fully refunded if no damages occur within that timeframe.
